Unable to install any Plugins

Good Afternoon,
After a fresh install of the latest stable version of FreeNas (11-u5) I'm unable to install any plugins. I've tried a few before I posted and I get the same error every time:

[EFAULT] Exception: CallError:[EFAULT] An error occured! Please read above occured, destroyed emby.

What I've already checked/tried:
- IPv4, Default Gateway are set (globally)
- Pool that jails install to have free space
- Google and Forum searched for similar errors, but mine seems very very generic
- Tried installing other plugins, same error
- Using DHCP and/or manually setting IPv4 address on the plugins when prompted by installed

After trying everything I could find, I found this one buried deep somewhere:
iocage clean -a

After running the above on the shell, I could install jails/plugins without issue.
I just didn't think I needed to clean it after a fresh install, but this is what helped me out.
