After installing TrueCommand, I upgraded 2 instances to the lastest 11.2 build. Now logging in a few days later, I see >4000 Alerts for "System Info Uptime Seconds < 180" and TrueCommand is moving very very slowly. Hopefully once the system purges all 4000 Alerts it will start functioning normally, but something seems amiss here.

I just tracked this down and fixed the issue in the upcoming 1.0 release. Basically the system uptime stat was not getting updated alongside the regular NAS stats.
In the meantime, feel free to just "pause" the system update alert rule and that will prevent the generation of all those alerts for you.
