Had to add php-posix extension to the pkg pre-install, otherwise the php upgrade of snipe-IT doesn't work.

Thanks for the manual.
I just tried it and had to make only small adaptations:
1. I installed mariadb105-server and mariadb105-client
2. I set the jail to 12.2-RELEASE
3. DB_HOST=localhost wasn't working. I had to use 127.0.0.1
