How can I restrict a user that uses sftp to only be able to access "/mnt/DATA/iocage/jails/PLEX/root/media"? I can't seem to get any luck with this.

Thanks.

I found a blog post that talks about it, perhaps it is similar for *NAS?

and there is a resource on the forums that speaks of sftp but I do not see mention of directory access restriction, and not the same way as mentioned in theblog above. I did only skim both of them fairly quick.

Got it figured out. I had done those instructions before but I didn't know that chroot directories have to have every folder leading up to the final folder owned by root. That was my missing piece. :) None of the Google searches said that but when I read the error log, it became obvious
