SOLVED Replication in a Mixed 11.2 and 11.3 ecosystem

Wondering if there are any issue having 11.2 and 11.3 systems coexist alongside each other? I'd like to leave my main server at 11.2 until I'm comfortable with 11.3 and upgrade backup (replication) servers to 11.3 first. Will 11.2 replication work seamlessly with 11.3 replication?

That is exactly what I did. I had my main server on 11.2 and the backup on 11.3 for several days. The replications from main server to the backup appeared to continue without issue during that period.

@Kevin Horton Thanks for the reassurance Kevin. Noting the under-the-hood enhancements in the replication engine in the 11.3 release notes, I just wasn't sure whether replication was going to break with this approach.

EDIT: The upgrades from 11.2 to 11.3 on the backup servers were flawless and replication continued to operate between the 11.2 source system and 11.3 targets after the upgrades.

Hello to all, I do have main server on 11.2-u8 and also want to setup replication task towards destination 11.3 server, but honestly I cannot find replication token on destination 11.3 server ... I kindly ask for support for 11.2->11.3 replication setup
... unlike you I did not have 11.2->11.2 successful setup and after that in place upgrade destination node to 11.3 ...
I'm not able to upgrade destination from 11.2 to 11.3 because it will jump to 11.3-U1 where we have some problems with file time stamps so I have stick to 11.3 basic one

Without the replication token, semi-automatic setup won't be an option. Have you tried the manual setup option? 8.4.4. Example: FreeNAS® to FreeNAS® or Other Systems, Manual Setup

Thank you for your responses ... I did manual update from 11.2-u8 to 11.3 and this way I solved and now I can do replication out-of-the-box
