hello,

I have raidz3-0 with some faulted and removed drives. I have checked all drives are inserted. I dont have any spare so I can replaced. On one of them I can only do deteach, replace, on the other one: offline, deteach, or replace.

Should I de teach them?

Hi @mst. Can you please provide more information?

For example

On one of them I can only do deteach, replace, on the other one: offline, deteach, or replace.
Which ones exactly?

I dont have any spare so I can replaced.
If your drives have gone bad you will need replacement drives. Even if all of your drives are currently good it is a good idea to have at least 1 backup drive ready in case of a failure.

In general it looks like your faulted drive has gone bad. If so, you will need to replace it. For the "removed" drive, double-check all cable connections to be sure something didn't work loose.

Have you received any SMART errors for your system?

Take a look at the Forum Rules and try to post as much information as it described there.
