Okay so I got everything else ready, I need to know what CPU & Mboard you reccomend for an iSCSI setup for FreeNAS.

This machine is going to be an iSCSI target, and only an iSCSI for ESXI or whatever else wants to connect to it.

It's going to be a 30TB Raid 6, or RaidZfs2 in FreeNAS.

I need to know what CPU and Motherboard are recommended for this, I already have the RAM, and all the other parts.

I just don't want to buy the CPU and MB without knowing which is correct to get.

I already have the RAM,
RAM is not generic. The memory must be compatible with the system board it is to be installed in and the processor must also be compatible. These things work together in a system. You must be MUCH more specific about the things you have if you want someone to be able to come up with compatible parts. The system board is not what makes a system able to do iSCSI because iSCSI is just a way of transferring data across the network. There is so much more involved in it than that.
Okay so I got everything else ready,
What else do you have, exactly. Be very specific.

Also, we need to take a look at this:
Raid 6, or RaidZfs2
