Pool Switching from 'Degraded' to 'Healthy,' no HD Issues

Update:

I decided to try a larger power supply. I went from 500w to 560w, and upon rebooting after swapping them out, the hard drive was listed, and I was able to add it to the pool using 'replace.'

Not sure if it just needed a reboot, or if the extra power did it, but for now... it's working!
