Hi guys,

i have made a fresh install of FreeNas in Version 11.2RC2.
Is there a chance to install any Plugins on this Version ?

I have tested the Plex and NextCloud Plugin, this are the 2 plugins i needed. But there is the same Error on both Plugins when i try to install it.

Anybody has an idea how to fix this ?

The Realtek NIC is the issue. Try replacing it with one of the recommended Intel NICs; that should resolve the problem.

The entries you showed indicate the system is using a Realtek driver (re0). Here are some example entries:

Nov 26 17:26:18 freenas dhclient: New Routers (re0): 192.168.1.1
Nov 26 17:26:18 freenas kernel: re0: link state changed to UP

What is the full output of ifconfig? (please put it within code tags so it's readable)

Hmmm....

"But my Mainboard has an Intel LAN Chip (Asrock 970M Pro3)"

Are you sure?

Asrock's site specs at https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970M Pro3/ say:
"LAN
- PCIE x1 Gigabit LAN 10/100/1000 Mb/s
- Realtek RTL8111E
- Supports Wake-On-LAN
- Supports Lightning/ESD Protection (ASRock Full Spike Protection)
- Supports LAN Cable Detection
- Supports Energy Efficient Ethernet 802.3az
- Supports PXE"

If that's the case then installing an Intel LAN card may be your solution.

I was having the same error when trying to install Plex on an ASRock motherboard with a Realtek RTL8111H. I got it to install by disabling DHCP when installing the Plex plugin, setting IPv4 Interface to re0, IPv4 Address to something outside my router's DHCP address pool (192.168.86.10), and IPv4 Netmask to 24.

I now have a running Plex server, but it won't play any video files. It looks like it's trying to transcode them, but the web player keeps getting 404 errors on some .m4s files.
