No volumes after update from 9.2.x to 9.3

Hi everyone,
I have been running 9.2.1.8 for a while on my NAS and decided to get the latest features, so upgraded to 9.3
After a few false starts I managed to get the upgrade successfully completed and all my volumes were up and available.
I recently restarted my NAS and now I can't browse to my Windows file share which I always used in the past.
From the web GUI I can still see all my drives and I can see my volume, just can't access them from my Windows PC.
Any ideas how I can restore access to my files?

Any errors in /var/log/messages when you start the SMB service?
