hi. i need some help because i want to use my nextcloud server with my public Ip but i need to add it to my "config.php" file but i don't know where i can find it.

Not from the plugin installation, you don't. If you're going to expose it to the outside world, you (at a minimum) need to enable SSL (which the plugin doesn't do), and should otherwise make sure it's a secure installation. You can follow @samuel-emrys' instructions for a manual installation, or use my script, to get a much more secure installation. But even then, for it to really be usable, you're going to need a domain that you can point there.

You could add the IP address as a trusted domain in the config.php file (you'll need to manually edit that, not through the Web UI) but it's really not recommended and would be incredibly insecure!

so i find my own solution to find the config file. that's the direction

/mnt/camara-seguridad/iocage/jails/nextcloud/root/usr/local/www/nextcloud

(you have to change it to your pool in my case is "camara-seguridad")

and if you have a problem when you "upgrade" a plugin when it start to "developer mode" here you can change it

('maintenance' => false), change it to True
