It's not clear what your question is. What are you wanting to do? What are the disks full of? What configuration do you have them in? (zpool status)

What hardware do you have? Motherboard, HBA, RAM, CPU, Power Supply, Case?

Just clarifications as required!!!

1. Have 8x4TB WD REDS in RAID Z2 Only (500GB Free) somehow need to create space and keep max upto 80% capacity as per FreeNAS warning.
2. Had bought 1x8TB which is having only 2.75 TB free.
3. Have Bought 3x8TB TOSHIBA Enterprise Drives as there was a deal going on, Bought them cheaper than the REDS. MG05ACA800E.
4. Have 2x120GB Kingston A400 as a mirrored Boot.
5. Contemplating a NVME drive for Cache @ 250GB (lying with me)

a)CPU for now is a i5 7400, Upgrading maybe to a dual Xeon. (NOT SURE WHICH ONE TO BUY MOBO WITH CPU {{BUT DUAL}}} SUGGESTIONS PLEASE.
B)Have Z270 Mobo which will get changed witht he new Xeon Mobo.
C) Have 64GB of Corsair Vengance LPX RAM. (thinking of upgrading to may 64 or 128GB ECC. Not found any issues. Suggestions wanted. Does it really make a Difference???
D) have a i350 Intel 4 port 1GB NIC in LACP mode.
E) Thinking about an Intel 520, Which one to buy???
F) have a Dell 310 Flashed into IT Mode, 8 ports.
G) SMPS is an FSP Platinum 1200W.

So have the 4TBs connected to the 8ports.
The other connected to the 6 ports on mobo.

QUESTION for Storage
Will keep the 8x4TB as it is.
Have data on one of the 8TB (the WD RED).

Should I go in for 4x8TB RAID Z1????

This is my main question!!!!

You could do:
  1. buy a usb (6TB?) disk and migrate off the data on the single 8TB drive or buy another 8TB drive
  2. create a raidz2 vdev from the 4 x8tb drives (either extending the first pool or a a new pool)
extending the first pool might not be recommended as it will be dissimilar vdevs, having a new pool means you have to manage you storage space a lot more
