Multiple problems that need addressing

Not looking good I'm afraid. With only 127.88KiB used, your data is gone from the pool. Without snapshots or backups... it seems unlikely you'll get anything back.

It would be very interesting to know what happened, but I don't know if the db is any clue. Is there anything interesting in /var/log? The messages file might have something if it goes back to the date of the event.

Any chance someone knows how to open/read that db file?
Even if I could get a list of my files from there, I could know what I've lost and start trying to replace it.
