Multiple NIC

Hi.

i am sure this question have been asked before but i cant find a good answer when i search in the forum.

So i have a server with 6 nic's.
4 X GB and 2 X 10GB
i want my server to connect via one of the 10GB to 192.168.1.3
i want the rest of the NIC's to be used by Jails and VM so they have a dedicated NIC each.
my problem i cant figure out how to do it the right way.

i want all cards to be in the 192.168.1.x net.
is this possible ?

is there a good guide that shows how to do this ?

do i need to configure all NICS in Freenas or do i just assign a NIC to a VM/Jail and let this configure the NIC?

Please help me get smarter

I am certainly no networking expert but this thread helped me figure out multiple nics and subnets for jails.
