Ever since the update to 11.3, my FreeNAS system has completely frozen 3 times in a matter of a week. The first time was mere hours after the 11.3 update.
I don't know if I am experiencing a hardware or a software failure. The HBA is a Dell H330 MiniMono card that has been flashed with HBA330 firmware and was working perfectly up until the update.
The third freeze instance happened just now and I happened to have the iDRAC console open and got some output. I am attaching a screenshot below.

The systems works perfectly up until the moment the HBA encounters an error. The iSCSI error in the screenshot is irrelevant as I just started experimenting with iSCSI storage, the error happened before without any active iSCSI configurations.
