This article seems to focus on the ST10000NM0016 (Seagate Exos Enterprise Capacity 3.5'' HDD 10TB (Helium) 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s 256MB Cache Hyperscale 512e Internal Hard Drive) drives, as opposed to your article that address the Ironwolf line. I just checked the serial numbers of my 24 10Tb Exos drives, none have a downloadable firmware update.

That article mentions issues with write cache and ncq. Someone who has the issue, could you turn off ncq on the drives themselves and see whether that resolves the issue on the exos drives?
If ncq alone doesn’t do it, same question for turning off ncq and drive write cache.

I replace all disks to WD because the project can't wait long time and don't want to buy any seagate EXOS anymore.
