Jmicron JMB 360/363 pci-e card: Disks not recognised

I have aquired some pci-e 2 port sata II cards based on the Jmicron JMB 360/363 chipset. The disks atached to these cards are seen in the bios but are not present when FreeNAS 8 has booted.

From the HCL these cards should be supported by the ATA(4) driver.

The JMicron JMB 360/363 contoller on the mother board is detected fine and disks connected to it are visible in FreeNAS.

What to do next?

I'm not sure, but I think that support for jmicrom was done in 6730 buil, see: http://support.freenas.org/changeset/6730/freenas

read the freebsd-ahci.patch file ( I'm not a programmer so i'm not sure)
