Jail Using the Wrong NIC

Version: FreeNAS-11.3-U3.2
Jail Release: 11.4-RELEASE-p2
Jail Purpose: Plex (custom built, not using the plugin)

I have four NICs in my server, and I specifically want the jail to use interface 2. I set it up as such in the configuration, but when outside systems access it to stream content from Plex, all of the traffic goes over interface 0. (I'm watching the networking report to see where the traffic is going)

Aside from specifying which network interface to use, pretty much everything else is default.

Any suggestions what I did wrong?

Update: while playing back a video on Plex I looked at the detailed information in the player (Plex Media Player) and saw that it has an IP address associated with network interface 2. But on FreeNAS the traffic is reported as going through network interface 0.

I don't know where/how the traffic would get converted to the different interface.

Anyone have suggestions of where I could look? I don't have any more ideas.
