Jail NAT Hostname

Is there a way to use NAT and be able to use hostnames between the jails?

For instance, how can I access nzbget jail from sonarr jail using hostname? I can use the assigned IP address, but it sometimes changes. It won't let me access using the host IP or hostname.

Right now, the only solution is an external DNS server (which can be in a jail).
