Issue with Latest Plex plugin finding media

Hi All

I have not been able to get the latest plex plugin to read files in Jail

HP Microserver Gen8
Freenas 11.1
2 x 12TB Seagate Ironwolf HDD (Network Media Share)
1 x Samsung 850 256GB SSD (Jail)
8GB Ram

I eventually loaded up an older version (0.9.14.6.1620) of the plex plugin as a custom plugin and it worked perfectly.

The issue i was experiencing is that the add Library in plex does not show you root option "/" and if you type in the path eg: "/media/Movies" it accepts it but does not find any media.
The older version also did not show root but typing in the path worked.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi - I installed Plex yesterday evening, but didn't have this problem. I just made sure I had mounted in the right place, typed in the path, and away it went. Surprisingly easy to set up so very impressed as a first time Jail/Plex user! There was one moment of doubt, but it was caused by fat finger syndrome.

You have to type the path in and if it still doesn't see the media you have a permissions problem. It probably has info in the Plex logs or just describe your permissions and we might help but permissions are hard to help with.
