I have a Nonredundant ZFS Storage Pool 3 HDD (2x2Tb + 1x3Tb).
zpool1.JPG

Total volume Volume1 - 6.34T, 5.12T free.

However, the GUI FreeNAS-9.1.1-x64 in the Storage-Active Volumes shows no more 5Tb Available in columns and Size.

Why?

Looks perfectly fine to me. You aren't reading it properly.

You are using 1.2 tb of space across the entire pool. You have no files in the root of volume1 so it says you have 5tb total and available.

Throw a tb of data on the root and watch the numbers change.

Here is my issue.. only one iscsi file extent on the pool, over a few hours it lost 1.4TB of space with only adding 100gb of data. No changes were made.

Do you have snapshots enabled?

Also, you should create your own thread. Don't highjack other threads

You will have to wait until snapshots are cleared out before you can get an accurate reading. It all depends on how long you had your snapshot retention set for

btw, OP,
Here is a screenshot from one of my FreeNAS boxes. It actually has 458gb of data on it out of 917gb.

I compared what is displayed in the shell and the GUI. The problem is that the shell zpool shows a full size 6.34Tb, and GUI displays the size of 5Tb. Also, with the available volume. In my opinion this is not correct.
When the volume was less than 5Tb - all displayed in accordance with the data in the zpool shell.
