Hi,

I am getting the following error when downloading the 11.2-U4.1 update:
%Packages/base-os-11.2-U4.1-90bc29e36f3aa341bfad6c64027b41d5.tgz has invalid checksum

It gets to some seemingly random value below 15% before stopping and finally failing with the above error message.
I have also seen it jump up a few more percent once or twice after it had already stopped, just to then stop and fail.

I am a casual user with limited experience. Probably this is an easy fix. Hope someone can help.

Cheers!

Hardware:
Mainboard: Asus P10S-I
CPU: Intel i3-6100T
RAM: 2x 16GB Kingston ValueRAM DDR4-2133 ECC
Storage Drives: 4x 4TB WD Red (RAIDz)
OS Drive: USB FlashDrive 16GB
using on-board network adapter

A manual update was successful. I still do not know why the automatic procedure failed, though.

For future reference, here is what I did:

I consulted the documentation on how to do a manual update. (LINK)
Unfortunately there was no mention on where to get the update files and by using google I first found an .iso file holding the .tgz file that initially failed. Turns out that is not what you want to use for manual updates. You want a .tar file from https://download.freenas.org/. Would be great if this resource was linked in the documentation.
Anyways, it is working now!

Cheers.

Hello, Cyberfly.
Thank you for the feedback. For reference, I created a ticket here and put in the requested changes for the documentation.

Thanks, again.
