SOLVED Interchanging hard disks

I have a hypothetical question. If all operations are normal and suppose (don’t ask why) someone interchanges ada x with ada y, would that lead to 2 disks offline or would FreeNAS recompile and realize that since all data is still present, work without a hiccup?

I am planning to clean out my entire chassis before reinstalling the disks. When I built it I really did not see the docs to see the sata port numbering (noob error or maybe excitement) and it’s been haunting me ever since.

Doesnt matter to ZFS. As long as all discs are present your server will function as normal.
