Incorrect pkg audit results for Samba

This is a quick note for those who run this tool. Samba 4.9.6 (in FreeNAS 11.2-U4.1) is not vulnerable to CVE-2019-3880. There is an error in the pkg audit database. It is also not vulnerable to CVE-2018-16860 in an out of the box configuration. FreeNAS 11.2-U5 will fix CVE-2018-16860. 11.3-master is unaffected CVE-2018-16860.
