I cannot configure it from Windows WebUI...

From USB memory disk (4GB).

Loaded Ok, connect-enter to WebGUI ok, but I cannot save anything: no password, no WebGUI Address, no Import volume...
Please help!

I'm having a hard time understanding what exactly is the problem you're having.
You said no web GUI address, but then you said you were able to connect and enter to the web GUI ok.

No import volume is understandable since I'm guessing you're starting a fresh system, so there would be nothing to import. You would have to create a new volume.
Password, though, should be easily saved through the web GUI.

Also, you may want to look into getting FreeNAS 9.1.1 instead.

I've set 9.1.1 into sticker. No effect, same problem!
