SOLVED HP ML150 Gen6 Freenas-Watchdog timeout

Hi all ,

please help, i've just install freenas the latest version ( FreeNAS 11.3-U5 ) on usb drive , and plug into server HP ML150 Gen6 with RAM 24GB
Freenas running, but the network connection of the freenas is very unstable.
sometimes connect , and sometimes not .
If i try ping from the another pc , it will reply about 10-11 rows ,after that RTO, about 6-7 row, and after that reply again ..and so on .

there's a warning :
watchdog time out - resetting

can anyone know how to solve this problem ? here's the screenshot

i decided to buy new Intel NIC , it's solved now.
