Hi,
I am using later version freenas.

My System;

16X200GB Flash SSD Disk
12X3 TB Sas Disk

What I want to do is to be able to raid 16 ssd disks and define the single disk as ssd cache while creating the volume.

Add Cache Disk Screen Shot;

Thank you very much.

When I put it this way, it feels like there is no performance. My goal is to be able to combine (Raid-0) it in one go and add it as a cache.

Your system description is woefully incomplete. For best results, please refer to the Forum Rules, conveniently linked in red at the top of every page, for guidance as to how to post a more useful description of your system, especially including what you are intending to do with it.

FreeNAS does not support RAID and it is not possible to "raid 16 ssd disks".

It isn't clear why you'd want to "RAID" them anyways, anyways. You can attach your SSD's individually as L2ARC devices, which ZFS will use as read cache. These are simply a place for ZFS to read data at a faster rate than your HDD's would allow. However, for 3.2TB of SSD L2ARC, you would need a fairly large amount of RAM to hold the indirect pointers in the system ARC, so it might not be practical to use all of that SSD space as L2ARC.

Without some idea of how much RAM you have, it's hard to discuss this meaningfully. If you have something like 256-512GB, you have a good starting point to make use of a good fraction of your SSD's, I think.

Hello,
In its current state, the disk reading and writing speed is running out. My goal is to get better disc reading and writing.

My Storage System;

2XE5-2630 CPU
64GB RAM
12X3 TB SAS
16X200GB SSD

Thank You
