A few more things to add a few years later:

• I had to run pkg install avahi nano cups instead of what you had
• I also had to run pkg install wget
• And pkg install python

I did actually run into a slight problem. when I go to add a printer and it forces me into ssl, I cannot get it to work in Chrome, it only works in Firefox, any ideas?

Also, how do I tell a Jail to access USB printers?
