Hey i got error when try to open plugin

What's that mean?sorry because i'm new at Freenas hoping help from someone :) ty,and im bit stuck at installing windows server on freenas vm,when i use Intel NIC it stopped and didn't run at all like freezing,why that happen,am i doing something wrong?thx for the help
