Help needed password verification problem

Me and my friend have spent the past couple of hours trying to set up a server. It is going to are business to store all are data and is important as doing so on paper would be ten times more time consuming as well as space consuming. So we decided to store all that on a server but its asking for a username and password prompt picture included. However we couldn't log in using what we assumed was the user/pass. So we tried four separate passwords and usernames to see if it was just us being dumb but none of those changes worked. So that about sums it up if anyone can figure out the solution you are a saint. Also sorry if the picture is bad or poorly angled had to take it in the dark and crop out the ip address

Were you able to resolve this? If not, which version of FreeNAS? Where are you seeing that prompt?
