I have try already 3 times installing 11.3 fresh, then I get error on the IPMI so I thought the easiest way out was just to reinstall but if I do try to update the other 4 updates available on 11.3 I get this error and the system won't boot anymore.

Any suggestions on how to fix this IPMI or update issue?

I don't know why is saying trying to boot 11.2-u7 when I installed 11.3

Because you applied a bogus update that was never meant to be installed on top of a fresh 11.3-RELEASE. This is a known bug. Currently there are no updates for this version. Don't install anything but an 11.3-U1 once it is published.

About your current problem: since it is a fresh installation, anyway, the easiest way out is probably another fresh installation. And then don't hit that "Update" button, please.
