GUI (?) Button Menu Appears Incorrectly on 11.3-U1

In Virtual Machines -> Serial: The menu that appears by pressing the (?) button appears off to the right side of the screen, resizing the window does not fix this. This occurs on both Chrome and Firefox, FreeNAS version 11.3-U1.
