FreeNAS VM installation Windows boot problem

The FreeNAS I use is the latest version of U4.1. I want to install a Windows in the VM for backup, and I will use it temporarily, but I can't guide it!

I installed CentOS and it went well, because the EFI boot file can be found by hanging the CentOS ISO file during the boot process.

In the process of installing Win7/Win10, even if the corresponding ISO original file is mounted, the EFI boot file cannot be found and the "Press any key to enter...." interface can not be booted, no matter how fast I move. Will go directly to the EFI Shell, and then use the exit command to enter the EFI Setup interface and can not find the corresponding boot file, and CentOS is ok.

Can anyone successfully install Win7 or Win10? How to operate?

Thank you!
