FreeNAS Virtual Machine (Ubuntu) running Tvheadend

I have recently purchased a HP Proliant Microserver Gen10 and installed FreeNAS.
I created a virtual machine running Ubuntu Server 18, which I have installed Tvheadend. The issue is that Tvheadend is generating Continuity Errors while watching Live TV or Recording. The symptoms are pixelation of the TV stream every 1 minute or so.

The reason why I am posting to this forum is that I never experienced this Tvheadend continuity error issue under the following scenarios...

• HP Microserver Gen7 running NAS4Free and a Ubuntu 16 VM
• HP Microserver Gen10 running Ubuntu 18 (No FreeNAS)

Through a process of elimination it seems that the cause something to do with FreeNAS.
