FreeNAS on Beagleboard

Hi All,

I was wondering if I might be doing something wrong in the instillation process or the board I have won't accept FreeNAS. I installed FreeNAS to a 2gb microSD card to put into my Beagleboard xM. Now the card it came with has Linux on it and that runs, but when I put my FreeNAS card in it doesn't boot. I am not sure if this is an issue with the board or the software.

FreeNAS won't run on it because it uses an ARM processor. You might be able to recompile from source code and get it to work that way, but you'll probably run into a cascade of other issues.

I am going to have to look for an alternative use of my Beagle-board.
