My first build booting only from FreeNAS developed this error. The problem being it is like a DOS attack and ends any communication to that address including Samba shares.
I built a second one as a VMware guest OS and it has worked flawlessly for weeks. An unscheduled power outage caused my machine to shut down before it completed it's normal shutdown. Afterwards this happened again. I've noticed that:
Many .vmdk files exist, and wonder if this is a roll back option? I am really annoyed by this as there is nothing I can see that I have done to cause this.
