FreeNAS burn in option?

Does the FreeNAS system have some kind of burn in option?

Now that I've built my box, I'd like to give it a weeks good trashing with simulated CPU and disk I/O loads that will push the hardware.

I have no problem in rebuilding the FreeNAS system once I am done with the burn in but I am not sure how to do this on a FreeBSD system.

I could script something to simulate disk writes and CPU ops but perhaps there is something already out there that does it?

For your CPU you can try mprime (similar to Prime95 for Windows).
Just extract the Freebsd package, copy it to /tmp and start it with ./mprime
