Freenas 9.10: Mirror Disks removed from freenas to duplicate a server

HI, I'm still using FreeNAS-9.10.1-U2 (f045a8b), with 6 hard drive 2.0 TB each one in configuration 3x(1+1) in mirror. I have to move to another place and I'd like to bring with me all data without remove functionality of this server. Could I take 3 HDD (ada0,ada2,ada4) and recreate a new server and to buy 3 new HDD to re-establish the mirroring ? Is there any procedure to do it ? Thanks.
