Hi guys,
I am running freenas for a several weeks now and I love it.
Unfortunately FreeNAS-11.3-RC2 is making my life miserable by having 100% cpu utilization once a while.
I only have one jail (nextcloud) but when 100% util happens (when I am not using my system at all) it totally freezes and isn't responsive.
fortunately it's running on a hypervisor and I at least am able to kill the VM.
my server setup:
Proxmox hypervisor on dual Xeon e5-2680 V2 with 256GB ECC RAM.
FreeNAS:
- 1 socket with 4 cores @2.80Ghz (also tried 6 and 8 cores both in single and dual socket mode)
- 64GB RAM
- 4x 1TB HDD - SCSI
- 2x 500GB HDD - SCSI
- 2x SSD - SCSI
- virtio 10GBe virtual LAN
Thanks in comon!
