FreeNAS 11.2-BETA3 Now Available!

The FreeNAS Team is pleased to announce the general availability of FreeNAS 11.2-BETA3. This third BETA of the 11.2 series is considered feature-complete and ready for testing. FreeNAS users, especially those who use Plugins, Jails, or VMs, are encouraged to update to this release to take advantage of the many improvements and bug fixes.

To update to this release, select the 11.2-STABLE train in System → Update. If it is necessary to return to the 11.1 series after updating, reboot and select that boot environment from the boot menu.

Be sure to check the release notes for the changelog and known issues. For additional information, please visit the iX Library or post on the FreeNAS Forums. Lastly, please report any bugs on our bug tracker.

Looks like there is a problem doing a manual update to this version.

When looking at the FTP site for the update Im only finding the fresh Install files and not seeing any update files for this version.

Also (for whatever reason) my reverse proxy stopped working. Cannot make sense of it.

Thanks for pointing that out! Fixed.

It appears that manual updates are now working as mentioned above but automatic ones are not working as of yet. I'll follow up soon.

I think we're back in business now. QA just verified the manifest is fixed. It may take some time before the changes completely propagate across the web so try again later if it is not working immediately.

I'll try some stuff before I submit a bug report.
