Folders/Directories reappear after delete

Hi,

My folders reappear after I delete them. I am using FreeNAS-11.2-U5. with Windows SMB Shares. I have done the next:

1. Removed the Snapshot
2. No Periodic Snapshot Tasks are scheduled
3. Used the rm -r command via shell
4. The "Export Recycle Bin" is not "ticked"
5. Have enabled "Show hidden files" via a Windows Server.

The below folders are left and I need to keep them. The rest I removed.

What else can I do to prevent the deleted folders to come back?
