file move from PC to iSCSI share failed due to I/O error 1117, nothing in server logs? How to make reliable?

Like it says...
Server is multiway mirror and newly scrubbed + resilvered, newly created iSCSI ZVOL used as a remote NTFS disk, and doing a 600 GB folder copy PC to it.

I can't use iSCSI if it isn't reliable, but how do I troubleshoot and fix it?

If this is a follow-on from your previous thread on iSCSI, try backing off the MTU all the way to 1500.

Could do. I figured since it had no visible issues for connection, setup, format, or any but one IO in 600 GB of verified file copying, and MTU 4k was never said to have an issue, its probably fine, but you could be right.... I'll try it.
