Error After Scrub

The past few times my pool has been scrubbed I get an email like this.

"
FreeNAS @ FreeNAS.local

New alerts:
* Pool ZFS state is ONLINE: One or more devices has experienced an error resulting in data corruption. Applications may be affected.

Current alerts:
* Pool ZFS state is ONLINE: One or more devices has experienced an error resulting in data corruption. Applications may be affected."

So that lead me to run a zpool status check, here are the results.

errors: Permanent errors have been detected in the following files:

They strange thing is after I destroyed the pool and restored it from a backup as instructed in the above code, I have a different file that it is saying is bad. What would be a good strategy to figure out what is causing my problem? I have run memtest and it came back with 0 errors.

Could they really be THAT hot? Or is that a false reading
You should normally expect drives to be kept under 35 celcius, so seeing temperatures in the 40s is a little unusual, but these are 7200 RPM drives and will likely be hard to keep under 40 while spinning and working .

All looks good to me for those HGST drives. You could consider your airflow and see if you can improve it a bit.

You should start having a look into cabling and power as CRC errors can come from that and we've ruled out the drives themselves as the source.
