critical error...but where ?

Hi There,

I do have a critical message telling me the pool is still working in degraded mode.
The pool is Z3 of 10* 3TB.
One disk, da6, seems clearly out of picture... but some others have weird behavior or, as newbie, I don't know how to undertand the graph

Can you tell me what is wrong?
