CIFS not showing all the directories

I have a CIFS share that is showing most but not all the directories that are in the folder. When I go into Putty I can see the addtional directories but they don't show in the CIFS on my windows computer. The permissions are all set to media:media

Directory A shows up but Directory B doesn't

Post getfacl output for a file that's visible and a file that's invisible. I.e. "getfacl /mnt/tank/foo/file.txt"
