Can't update general config without ipv6?

This is in a recent upgrade to 11.3 Beta.

In the system>general settings, the fields for ssl cert, webgui ipv4 and webgui ipv6 are blank. They also are asterisked, presumably to indicate required fields. But, I have ipv6 turned off, so there is no address as an option there. Obviously, the server IP is working since I can read that screen. But, I am not able to add an ssl cert because I still haven't populated the required ipv6 field...

Is this just a UI bug that will be fixed? Or, does someone know a way around this?

I don't see a report of that bug. Please create one at bugs.ixsystems.com and post the issue number here.
