I have an HP Proliant Microserver N40L QZ160A 8GB of RAM, has been running 8.30 P1 for years happily.
Seems to boot _everything_ except the FreeNAS 11.2 ISO on a USB - following the instructions exactly.

I have reboot and reformatted everything on every known usb device. I have no hard-disks installed. Just the install usb stick and a target usb stick

Always sticks at this screen. Very frustrating. Any answers or hints on what to search for will be much appreciated.

Why was this bug closed? https://redmine.ixsystems.com/issues/65994
Seriously it’s not the USB sticks, I have quite a range, I can boot
WIN PE
Grub4dos
Grub2
Msdos
Ubuntu 18.04
Clover
And others I can’t recall after an extraordinarily frustrating afternoon.
It’s not a hardware problem! I have taken out all the storage except for the install USB and the target USB. I have the latest BIOS HP delivered.
Look at all the reports, the USB sticks work, then they don’t, there’s rumours of some working then they don’t.
The boot-loader is broken!

FreeBSD 12 installer has no problems
