Cannot Delete or Edit Users in local users list

hi fellows i have an issue when delete or edit a created user.i tried different computers and different screen sizes but the result came same!
the delete button doesn't appear in bottom,i already tried to scroll but nothing happened

Are you running any extensions that strip out parts of the page (e.g., privacy blockers)? Try running a browser session with all extensions disabled.
