Can’t install - CAM Status: SCSI Status Error

I am trying to install Freenas on to a second HP Microservwr to use as a snapshot replication server.

I have installed Freenas 10’s of time over the years and never have I seen this.

I’ve tried writing the installer to multiple different USB keys, tried multiple USB ports but keep getting this error.

Is the BIOS at the latest version? Is it possible that there is a physical issue with the USB ports?

9 times out of 10, these CAM errors on the USB media are the result of bad thumb drives. Thumb drives don't last long. Try a small SSD for your boot pool instead.
