Burn-in test failure?

I just finished building my freeNAS system (see here for hardware details: https://www.ixsystems.com/community/threads/once-again-will-it-freenas.84831/) and, following the Uncle Fester's guide , ran the Breakin program.

After running for about 14 hours, it returned a failure of the hpl test. See attached screenshot.

Can someone enlighten me as to what this means to me? Should I RMA the CPU? Re-run the test? Move on to using memtest86 to thest the RAM more thoroughly and see if the problem lies there? Something else?

I would test your RAM, its pretty rare for a CPU to die except through neglect or abuse.
What CPU is it?

Just completed a MemTest86 run, no errors.

CPU is a Xeon E-2124.
